Protect the credentials you control
Use a distinct password for each important service and store it in a reputable password manager whose recovery process you understand. Enable the strongest supported multifactor authentication, preferably a phishing-resistant method where available. Protect the email account used for recovery with equal care. These are general user practices, not a claim that the current FYLU information site operates a financial account or implements a particular authentication service.
Recognize requests that cross a boundary
An unsolicited message can imitate a familiar brand, employee or official agency. Check destinations independently before signing in or following transfer instructions. Never disclose a wallet seed phrase, private key or one-time authentication code to a chat helper or someone offering recovery assistance. Screenshots of balances and promises of special withdrawal access do not establish that a person has legitimate authority over an account.
Respond to suspected compromise
If credentials may be exposed, use a trusted device and the relevant provider's verified process to secure access and review active sessions. Preserve messages, timestamps and transaction references without circulating secrets. Where funds are involved, contact the actual financial provider through independently verified channels. FYLU's automated helper cannot freeze external accounts, reverse transfers or investigate private account activity, so it should not be used as an emergency response channel.
Ask for evidence of provider controls
Before relying on a financial service, request clear information about access controls, recovery, asset handling, security reporting and the scope of any independent assessment. Labels such as secure or insured require specific support. This site does not establish FYLU custody procedures, reserve attestations, certification, insurance or incident-response guarantees. Any operational security statement must be reviewed against approved implementation details before it becomes a public commitment.
