Account information must be accurate, current and controlled by the person or organization registering the account.

You are responsible for protecting credentials and registered devices and for promptly reporting activity you do not recognize.

Depending on the service, jurisdiction and risk profile, Fylu may require identity information or additional verification before access or transactions are permitted.

Fylu brings supported market information, trading tools, account management and digital-asset services into a single platform experience.

Digital assets involve substantial risk, may be volatile and may depend on third-party networks or protocols outside Fylu's control.

Market information may be delayed, incomplete or supplied by public or third-party sources. Informational prices are not necessarily execution prices.

Before trading, review the product rules, direction, position size, duration, pricing, settlement method and applicable fees displayed by the product.

An instruction is subject to validation, product availability and the order states implemented by Fylu. Submission does not guarantee execution.

Execution records identify the applicable instrument, quantity, price, time and status where those values are available for the product.

Settlement results are determined by the authoritative domain logic for the applicable product. Display formatting does not replace the underlying recorded values.

Applicable fees may vary by product, asset, network, market conditions or account circumstances and should be reviewed before confirmation.

Use only a supported asset and network shown in the deposit flow. Incorrect addresses, networks or unsupported assets may result in permanent loss.

Withdrawals may be subject to account eligibility, balance availability, security checks, network conditions and the implemented review process.

Displayed reward rates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Review the lock period, redemption conditions and product configuration before staking.

You must not misuse Fylu, attempt unauthorized access, provide fraudulent information, manipulate platform operation or use services for prohibited activity.

Activity intended to manipulate markets, prices, execution, other users or platform controls is prohibited.

Access may be restricted, suspended or terminated where required for security, eligibility, prohibited activity, platform integrity or applicable requirements.

Services may be unavailable or delayed due to maintenance, market conditions, network dependency, third-party failure or events outside reasonable control.

Fylu may review records affected by demonstrable feed anomalies, system errors or invalid execution inputs according to the applicable product rules.

Third-party data, networks, protocols and service providers may have their own terms, limitations and availability conditions.

Fylu names, interfaces, content and software remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights and permitted-use limitations.

You acknowledge that digital-asset activity can result in partial or total loss and that historical or estimated outcomes do not guarantee future results.

Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the governing terms and applicable law. Verified legal-entity and jurisdiction details must be supplied before production publication.

Concerns may be submitted through Fylu Customer Service for formal review. Governing-law and dispute-forum information remains unpublished until verified.

A material policy update creates a new version. A published version is treated as immutable and is not silently overwritten.

Service, security and policy communications may be delivered through implemented platform or contact channels.
