Identify your contractual relationship
Before opening or funding an account, read the agreement that identifies your service provider and explains the services being offered. Confirm the applicable eligibility requirements, account responsibilities, governing provisions, and complaint process. Different providers or products may involve different agreements. The FYLU name, a website visit, or an instrument displayed in this experience does not by itself establish the identity or scope of your contracting relationship.
Understand the product you select
An instrument name describes a reference point, not necessarily direct ownership of the underlying asset. Review whether the product is a spot holding, a derivative, a fund interest, or another structure, together with its costs and risks. Check settlement, trading hours, order handling, and any restrictions before acting. Illustrative market graphics are not executable quotes, account valuations, or evidence that a transaction has taken place.
Account use and changes
Read the provider’s rules for account access, identity information, permitted activity, and instructions submitted through its platform. Review how notices are delivered and how changes to the service or agreement are communicated. Check any suspension, closure, transfer, or withdrawal provisions that could affect access to funds or positions. This guide does not impose additional contractual restrictions or determine the validity of any provider’s terms.
Resolve uncertainty before committing
If a price, fee, instruction, or agreement is unclear, seek clarification through a verified provider channel before proceeding. Keep the documents and confirmations relevant to your decision, including the version and date where available. For a dispute, consult the complaint and escalation routes in the applicable agreement and law. Independent professional advice may be appropriate when you need an assessment of your own legal or financial circumstances.
