Read the acceptance criteria
Proof of address usually aims to connect a person with a stated residential address. A provider may specify document categories, how recent a record must be and which details it must display. Those conditions are service-specific, so do not assume a document accepted elsewhere will be accepted again. Compare the name, address format and date with the application and explain legitimate differences rather than changing the source document.
Resolve mismatches carefully
If you recently moved, share accommodation or lack a conventional utility record, ask the verified provider what alternatives it accepts. Keep the answer and submit only the requested material through its secure channel. FYLU has not confirmed accepted address evidence, document age limits or review times. Its current preview cannot approve an address or resolve a mismatch, and an automated explanation is not an acceptance decision.
