Understanding business and third-party payments

The owner of the sending account may affect whether a payment is accepted.

Educational guideSeptember 2026

Identify the payer and account owner

A personal account, a company bank account and an employee's payment card represent different ownership relationships. A provider may restrict third-party payments or require additional evidence, depending on the account structure and agreement. Do not assume that control of a business makes its funds interchangeable with personal funds. Confirm the permitted payer before transferring money, because a rejected payment can create delays and difficulties tracing the return.

Ask before sending funds

Explain the relevant ownership relationship to the verified provider and request its written policy for the actual account type. Keep company authorization records where relevant, without submitting unnecessary private details through informal channels. FYLU has not published a policy for business or third-party funding and does not operate a live deposit service on this preview. It cannot authorize an exception or establish that a payment from a company will be accepted.

General information, not a personal recommendation. Product availability, rights, and obligations are determined by the relevant provider, jurisdiction, and approved agreements.
