Identify who holds the assets
Start with the legal entity receiving money and the account or custody structure it uses. A claim that client funds are separated from company funds describes an arrangement; it does not eliminate market loss or establish that every insolvency risk is covered. Compensation schemes, if applicable, have eligibility conditions and limits. Verify claims with the relevant official records and agreement rather than relying on a badge, testimonial or generic assurance.
Separate evidence from promises
Look for current disclosures explaining custody, withdrawals, reconciliation and what happens if the provider fails. Keep copies with the contract and investigate inconsistencies before sending money. FYLU's official business and client-money information is pending, and its current preview does not hold customer funds. It therefore does not establish segregation, insurance, compensation eligibility or guaranteed safety. Its automated helper cannot certify a provider's solvency or recover money from a third party.
