Distinguish the stages
A payment can be initiated, authorized, sent, received, reviewed and credited at different times. The labels depend on the payment method and service. A debit on the sending account does not prove the receiving account has completed its checks, and a pending card authorization may not be a settled payment. Compare the sender's confirmation with the recipient's status using the amount, currency, reference and date rather than relying only on a screenshot.
Follow up with matching evidence
For a real payment, retain the transaction reference and ask which stage is incomplete. Check weekends, currency conversion and any requested information without assuming a universal deadline. Avoid sending the amount again until you know what happened to the first transfer. FYLU has not published deposit processing times or a live status tracker. Its automated helper cannot locate incoming funds or confirm a credit to a financial account.
