Understanding payment-card setup

Saving a card and authorizing a payment are separate actions with different security implications.

Educational guideSeptember 2026

Check what the form authorizes

A card form may store a payment credential, initiate a transaction or do both. Read the amount, currency, merchant name and any recurring-payment terms before continuing. Use the verified service and inspect the destination before entering sensitive information. A card's appearance in a list does not necessarily mean it is approved for every type of payment or that a withdrawal can be sent back to it.

Limit unnecessary exposure

Where a legitimate service offers saved-card controls, understand how to remove a card and review unfamiliar authorizations with the card issuer. Never send a security code or full card image through ordinary chat. FYLU has not confirmed a card processor, saved-card feature or live checkout. Its preview should not collect actual card credentials, and the automated helper cannot add a card, approve a payment or verify ownership.

General information, not a personal recommendation. Product availability, rights, and obligations are determined by the relevant provider, jurisdiction, and approved agreements.
