Understanding deposit and withdrawal costs

A payment can involve charges from more than one organization.

Educational guideSeptember 2026

Look beyond a single fee label

The receiving service, sending bank, intermediary and currency-conversion provider may each affect the final amount. A statement that one party charges nothing does not establish that the entire payment path is free. Compare the amount sent with the amount received and distinguish an explicit fee from a less favorable conversion rate. The payment method, route and currency can change the result even when the requested amount is identical.

Reconcile and confirm before paying

Read the current schedule for the chosen method and ask which third-party charges are outside the provider's control. Save the quotation, transfer reference and final statement so any difference can be explained. FYLU has not published live deposit or withdrawal pricing. Its information pages cannot promise a free transfer or calculate a final payment amount, and reference-company fees should not be treated as a FYLU schedule.

General information, not a personal recommendation. Product availability, rights, and obligations are determined by the relevant provider, jurisdiction, and approved agreements.
