Understanding a rejected withdrawal request

Read the specific reason and reconcile the request before attempting another transfer.

Educational guideSeptember 2026

Separate rejection from delay

A rejected request, a request under review and a completed payment are different states. Possible issues can include destination details, ownership requirements, available funds or incomplete information, but the actual reason must come from the responsible provider. Record the request identifier, amount, currency and status message. Check whether any amount remains reserved and whether the destination information matches the account you intended to use.

Resolve the stated issue safely

Ask for a clear explanation and the appropriate next step through a verified channel. Supply only information relevant to that issue and retain the case history. Be cautious if an unexplained rejection is followed by a demand to send more money to a new recipient. FYLU's current preview cannot approve, reject or investigate a withdrawal; its automated helper has no access to private balances or payment decisions.

General information, not a personal recommendation. Product availability, rights, and obligations are determined by the relevant provider, jurisdiction, and approved agreements.
