Follow the actual request
A financial service may ask additional questions when it needs to understand a payment or account activity. The reason, timing and evidence required depend on its rules and the circumstances. Read the exact request before gathering documents. Identify which transaction is under review, which facts need clarification and whether an earlier submission was incomplete. Repeatedly uploading unrelated records can make the explanation harder to follow.
Keep the review traceable
Create a short timeline of the source event, transfers and final payment, with matching amounts and references. Keep copies of what you supplied and the case reference, while protecting account numbers and other private details. Ask for clarification if instructions conflict. FYLU's review triggers, processing times and document requirements are not available; its current preview cannot accept a submission or confirm that a funds review has been completed.
