Start with the order record
Check whether the order was accepted, rejected, queued, partially executed or expired. Then compare its price condition, quantity and validity with the instrument's trading session and executable quotes. A chart may show a last price rather than the side relevant to your order. Limited liquidity or order priority may also matter. A pending status does not by itself prove a system fault or that the market ignored a valid instruction.
Avoid accidental duplicate exposure
Before sending a replacement, confirm whether the original can still execute. Record its identifier, submission time, status and any cancellation acknowledgement, including the time zone. Ask the verified provider to explain the specific discrepancy using that evidence. FYLU's automated helper cannot inspect a live order book or resolve an execution case. Its current preview has no active orders, so illustrations should not be used as evidence that a transaction is pending.
